Based in Hollandsche Rading, Mike de Kok lives in the middle of the Netherlands. Surrounded by forest and plenty of water, he loves to photograph the illusive Dutch wildlife that’s sometimes found close to home. Mike is a passionate photographer specialized in photographing nature and wildlife, with a special interest for Macro or close up photography.
Born in 1992, he started taking photos of nature when he was 15 years old. After many years of enthusiastic photography, he travelled all over the world to watch and photograph the world’s amazing wildlife. Beside photos of places all over the world, such as the remote Alaskan wilderness and the great plains of Africa, you will find many photos of native Dutch wildlife.
The photos are taken with professional cameras and aperture 2.8 lenses from Canon, ranging from 17 to 400mm.
